How can I respect my fellow audience members?

A little courtesy goes a long way. Please do not check your phone during the performance and make sure your phones and watches cannot ring or vibrate. Talking, whispering, unwrapping candy and strongly scented body products can be disruptive. Please be mindful and be respectful to fellow patrons.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before your show, which starts promptly at the stated time.

What if I'm late for the show?

To get the most out of your theatre experience, please do your best to arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before showtime. Our Front of House Manager has the option to seat latecomers, but you might need to wait for a suitable moment to enter (chosen by the director). There’s a chance you’ll be given different seats to minimize any disruption. If you arrive later than this point, you might be asked to wait until intermission. So we encourage you to come early!

Can I bring my own food or drink into the theatre?

No, but you’re welcome to consume  beverages purchased from the lobby bar prior to your performance and during intermission (when applicable).

Can I text or use social media during a performance?

We love being talked about on social media and encourage you to join the conversation – you can find us on InstagramTwitter and Facebook. We kindly ask that mobile use is kept to before and after the show, as well as during intermissions.

Is there a dress code?

Some people like to dress up for the theatre, and others prefer to keep it casual. However you’re comfortable, you’re welcome!

Can I get a refund on my tickets?
